Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
Order Processing Timeline
Tarzsin processes orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST
- Processing Days: Monday – Friday
Orders may be processed shortly after placement, sometimes within hours. For this reason, cancellation or change requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order if all of the following conditions are met:
- The order has not yet been shipped
- The cancellation request is submitted before processing is completed
- The request is confirmed by Tarzsin customer support
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation:
- Email support@tarzsin.com
- Include your order number and cancellation request
- Submit the request as soon as possible after placing the order
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to order status at the time the request is received.
Cancellation Confirmation
If your cancellation request is approved:
- The order will be canceled
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- No cancellation fees will apply
If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request will be denied.
Order Change Policy
Types of Changes Allowed
Before shipment, Tarzsin may be able to accommodate limited order changes, including:
- Shipping address corrections
- Size or color adjustments
- Item substitutions of equal value
All change requests are subject to inventory availability and processing status.
How to Request an Order Change
To request an order change:

- Provide your order number and requested changes

Order changes are not guaranteed and may not be possible if processing has already begun.
Approved Changes
If a change request is approved:
- The order will be updated accordingly
- No additional fees will be charged (unless the change affects product price)

Orders That Have Shipped
Once an order has been shipped:
- Cancellations are no longer possible
- Changes cannot be made

Address Change Requests
Address changes may be requested before shipment only.
Tarzsin is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

Duplicate or Accidental Orders
If you accidentally place a duplicate order:

- We will attempt to cancel the duplicate order if it has not shipped
Once shipped, duplicate orders must be handled as returns.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing begins immediately after cancellation approval
- Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
There are no cancellation fees for approved cancellations.
Exceptions & Limitations
Tarzsin reserves the right to deny cancellation or change requests if:
- The order has already shipped
- The request is received too late in the processing cycle
- The request involves fraudulent or abusive activity
