This policy applies to all products sold by Tarzsin, including but not limited to Boots, Loafers & Slip-Ons, Pumps, and Slippers.


Shipping Coverage

Tarzsin currently ships orders within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless explicitly stated on a product page or during checkout.

All shipments are fulfilled from our partnered fulfillment facilities and shipped via trusted national carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

All Tarzsin shipments include tracking information.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive packages upon delivery.


Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • No secure delivery location
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to retrieve the package from the carrier

The carrier may return the package to Tarzsin or hold it temporarily at a local facility. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment if the issue was not caused by Tarzsin.

Tarzsin is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from customer-provided address errors.


Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment or refund.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact support@tarzsin.com immediately. We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been shipped.

If you believe your order is lost:

Damaged Packages
