Tarzsin currently ships within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.


6. Which carriers deliver Tarzsin orders?

Tarzsin uses trusted national carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier is selected automatically based on destination and logistics.


7. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. All orders include tracking.

  • A tracking number is emailed once the order ships
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status.


8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but only before the order ships.

  • Cancellations and changes are subject to order status
  • Requests must be sent as soon as possible

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment is charged immediately at checkout.

Orders are not processed or shipped until payment authorization is successfully completed.


12. Can I return my order?

Yes. Tarzsin accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return authorization is required

13. How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 12 days after return approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

No restocking or processing fees are charged.

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.


15. Do you offer exchanges?

No. Tarzsin does not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or style:

  • Place a new order separately

16. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos and your order number
  • Do not use the item
